ALBA – Funeral services for Kelsey Lynn Cowley, 17, of Alba are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church, Alba, under direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba, with Bro. Byron George officiating.
Burial will be in Emory City Cemetery, Emory.
Kelsey passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019, in Alba.
She was born Tuesday, October, 29, 2002, in Sulphur Springs, to Toby Justin Cowley and Misty Dawn Lively. She had lived in Alba the past 4 years. Kelsey always loved horses and was a student at Alba-Golden High School where she enjoyed playing sports.
Survivors include her father, Toby Cowley, Alba, and mother, Misty Lively, Alba; step mother, Megan Cowley, Texarkana; step father, Todd Riley, Alba; brothers, Kaden Riley and Kaleb Riley both of Alba; sisters, Katlynn Bryant, Emory, and Paislee Cowley, Texarkana; nephew, Brantley Bow, Emory; grandparents, Eddie and Susan Lively, Emory, and Todd and Diane White, Rowlett; great grandparents, Felix and Faye Byrd, Tyler, and Sue Caldwell, Emory; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Tommy and Sue Cowley.
